How do you pay for a yearly rental?
In Bali each year is usually paid upfront. On multi-year contracts the yearly price tends to be lower; at Villa Kangkang it drops from Rp 230M to Rp 200M when you sign five years instead of three.
What costs are there on top of the rent?
Electricity, internet, pool and garden upkeep, cleaning and the banjar fee. On every listing we add them up into a year total.
Can I sublease the villa?
It depends on each villa's contract. We state it on the listing; at Villa Kangkang it is allowed.
Can I see the villa before signing?
