Who is responsible
BaliYearly is a brand of PT InmoBali Real Estate (NIB 68111IRE), Bali, Indonesia. For anything about your data, write to hello@inmobali.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your email if you join the waiting list or ask for a price alert, the language you used and, where relevant, the villa. We use it only to send you that alert.
What stays on your device
Your currency, saved villas, places in “Your week” and similar preferences are kept in your own browser. They never reach us and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.
Visit counts
We count how many times each villa is viewed, saved or asked about, without storing who you are.
Other services the site uses
Fonts from Google Fonts, the map from OpenFreeMap with OpenStreetMap data, exchange rates from open.er-api.com and air-quality readings from Bali Air Dispatch. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.
No cookies, no ads
We use no advertising trackers and no cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@inmobali.com.
